If you write to us through this website, we use your details to reply. We do not use them to train an AI model, and we do not sell them.

1. Who we are

Clone Centre Ltd. ("we", "us") is the controller for personal data collected through www.clonecentre.ai. For any privacy question, email clone@clonecentre.ai.

This notice covers this website. TRAICE™, ANSAIR™, and HyperChat are separate products. If you use one of them, that product tells you what it does with data before you start.

2. The law this notice follows

We handle personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Marketing and cookies, where they apply, also sit under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

How we design AI is set out in our AI policy. That policy is not a promise that every product has completed a formal EU AI Act conformity assessment. This page is the privacy notice for personal data on this website.

3. What we collect on this website

We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site. The pages do load typefaces from Google and icons from a Cloudflare content network. Those providers receive your IP address as part of delivering the file.

4. Why we use it, and the legal basis

We do not use enquiry details for marketing. The form on the homepage says the same thing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.

5. Training AI

Personal data you send through this website is not used to train an AI model. Our AI policy does not say that we train our models on people's data.

HyperChat can be built from a website a customer gives us, so that the bot answers from that site. That is a product feature, described on the product itself. It is not something this website does with an enquiry.

6. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data. We do not share enquiry details with advertisers.

Switzerland is covered by UK adequacy regulations, so the email transfer relies on that. If a provider later stores data in a country without an adequacy decision, we will put an appropriate safeguard in place before we rely on that transfer, and we will update this notice.

7. How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not become a contract, we delete the message within 12 months of the last email in that thread. If it becomes a contract, or if we need it for tax or for a legal claim, we keep it for up to 6 years after the matter ends, which is the usual period under UK limitation and tax rules. Connection logs are kept for the shorter period our host uses to secure the service.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

Email clone@clonecentre.ai. We will respond within one month. This website does not make automated decisions about you, and it does not use your data for profiling.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would like the chance to put it right first.

9. Children

This website is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through the enquiry form.
